🚀 Quickstart - GroupGuard in 5 minutes

This guide walks you from registration to having the bot protecting your first WhatsApp group.

Step 1: Connect AllChat (1 minute)

Before we start, you need to connect your AllChat account:

  1. Go to SettingsWhatsApp connections
  2. Click "Connect AllChat account"
  3. Enter the API Key from allchat.co.il
  4. Confirm the connection

💡 Don't have an AllChat account yet? Create one here — there's a free plan to start.

Step 2: Add the bot to a group (1 minute)

  1. Open the group in WhatsApp
  2. Click the group name ← Add participants
  3. Add the bot's number (you'll find it in the GroupGuard dashboard)
  4. Send any message in the group so the bot "sees" it

Step 3: Enable GroupGuard on the group (30 seconds)

  1. Back in TaskFlow ← GroupGuardGroups tab
  2. You'll see the new group in the list (if not, click "Scan groups")
  3. Toggle the switch next to the group name ⚡
  4. Done!

Step 4: (Optional) Make the bot an admin

So the bot can delete messages and remove spammers automatically:

  1. In the group ← click the bot's name
  2. Make admin
  3. Give it permissions:
    • ✅ Remove participants
    • ✅ Delete messages

⚠️ Without admin permissions the bot still works — but it'll only detect and alert. It can't act on its own.

Step 5: Test (30 seconds)

  1. Ask a friend to write a message in the group
  2. Back in TaskFlow ← GroupGuardGroup Members tab
  3. You'll see them appear in the list within a minute

🎉 That's it! GroupGuard is live and working.
