What you need before you start
- A WhatsApp Business number connected to TaskFlow through the Meta Cloud API.
- Templates approved by Meta — service templates are usually approved within minutes.
- A Shopify store and admin access to install an app.
Your customers' data stays yours.
- Read-only access to orders, customers and products (the private connection also needs permission to add the tracking script to the store).
- Data is used only to send the store's own messages — never sold, used for advertising or used to train models.
- Shopify's GDPR privacy webhooks are honoured: a redact request deletes that customer's data, and uninstalling leads to deletion of the store's data.
- Access tokens are stored encrypted, and views of the store's customer data are recorded in an access log.
