Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

TaskFlow AI (Allchat) wants people with disabilities to be able to use our website and our system independently and on equal terms. We work to align them with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), 2013, and with Israeli Standard SI 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA. For new screens we also aim for WCAG 2.2.

What this statement covers

  • The website taskflow-ai.com: marketing pages, guides, the blog and the legal pages.
  • The system itself (the signed-in area), in Hebrew and in English.

Pages that our customers build with the system (forms, booking pages, websites and portals) are made from the content and design the customer chooses. We try to provide accessible building blocks for them, but the customer is responsible for the content they publish.

What has been made accessible

  • Keyboard use: interactive elements show a visible focus indicator and the main actions can be operated from the keyboard. On the card board (Kanban) a card can be moved between columns without dragging, from a "Move to…" menu.
  • Screen readers: in the system, buttons that consist only of an icon have an accessible name. Confirmation windows are marked as dialogs, focus moves into them and returns to where it came from, and error and success messages are announced.
  • Messages inside the page: errors, warnings and confirmations appear inside the page, not in browser pop-up windows, and errors are written in plain words.
  • Contrast and legibility: in the system, secondary text was darkened to improve contrast and no text is smaller than 11 pixels. You can enlarge text and the view with your browser.
  • Motion: animations are turned off for people who set a reduced-motion preference on their device.
  • Direction and language: the interface works in Hebrew (right to left) and in English (left to right), with a layout that follows the reading direction. The content of the English pages is declared as English, so a screen reader pronounces it correctly.
  • Skip to content: on the website pages a "Skip to content" link appears when you reach it with the Tab key, so you do not have to go through the whole menu on every page.
  • Mobile: the website and the system are adapted to small screens.
  • Documents: on the invoices screen you can produce an accessible PDF (PDF/UA).
  • Alternative service channel: you can reach us on WhatsApp without using the website.

How we check

New screens are reviewed against an internal checklist based on WCAG 2.2 level AA and SI 5568, and with an automated tool that finds common problems such as buttons without an accessible name, fields without a focus indicator and low-contrast text. Automated checks do not replace human review, so we keep testing in real use as well.

Known limitations

Not every page and component has been fully checked against the standard, and in a system this large there may be problems we have not found yet. Among them:

  • Complex screens such as large data tables, charts, visual editors (for example the email editor) and calendar views may not offer every action equally well from the keyboard or with a screen reader.
  • Illustrations and screen mock-ups (for example WhatsApp conversation mock-ups) on the marketing pages are there to illustrate. We aim for the essential information to also appear as text on the page.
  • On the English pages the language of the page as a whole is switched to English only after the page has loaded. The content itself is declared English from the start, but some assistive technologies may read the browser tab title with a Hebrew accent.
  • Documents the system produces, such as quotes and invoices, are not always accessible PDFs. You can ask us for a document in an accessible format.
  • Third-party content, such as payment windows of clearing companies and external services connected to the system, is subject to those providers' own accessibility policies.

Found a problem? We want to hear

If you run into something that is not accessible, or you need content or a document in another accessible format, contact us and we will deal with it as soon as we can. Please tell us which page or screen it was, which browser or device you used, and which assistive technology (for example a screen reader).
